The Development Journey

A structured, step-by-step process ensures that developed solutions are robust, scalable and aligned with your objectives.

1 Requirement Definition

We work closely with our partners to capture detailed product, performance, and environmental requirements. This ensures that all design, material, and processing considerations are fully understood from the outset.

2 Material Formulation

Custom SMC and BMC formulations are developed to meet specific mechanical, thermal, lightweight and chemical criteria. Iterative refinement balances performance, cost, and manufacturability for optimal results.

3 Pilot-Line Trials

Inhouse Pilot-line trials validate formulations under realistic conditions. Feedback from prototypes is used to fine-tune materials and processes for quality and efficiency.

4 Testing & Validation

Comprehensive laboratory testing and CAE simulations evaluate mechanical, thermal, electrical, and flammability performance. This ensures that materials consistently meet all functional and regulatory requirements.

5 Scale-Up & Process Optimisation

Formulations and processes are adapted for industrial-scale production with controlled parameters. This guarantees consistent part quality, production efficiency, and readiness for full-scale manufacturing.

6 Post-Service

Our process doesn’t stop after delivery. As a strategic partner we closely work together with our customers to optimize the formulation and moulding process, ensuring improvement during project lifetime.
