MENZOLIT GRANOLLERS: UPDATING OF CO2 EMISSIONS (2026)

Some years ago Menzolit Vitroplast Granollers started the challenging mission to become a more environmentally friendly and sustainable organisation.

At the end of 2019 we launched a decarbonisation plan, in order to reduce our CO2 emissions.

Taking our Scope 1 and Scope 2 CO2 emissions of 2019 as the base year, we set the target to reduce them by 50% by 2025.

Here you can find the data for our 2025 CO2 emissions compared with the base year reference.

We are very proud to have achieved not only our target of reducing our emissions by 50%, but also to have exceeded it (67% of reduction).

Continuing our journey toward becoming a more environmentally responsible and sustainable organization, our next goal is to achieve zero Scope 1 and Scope 2 CO₂ emissions by 2030 taking 2024 CO₂ emissions as baseline year, by completely phasing out the use of fossil fuels.
