Product Overview
Menzolit® BMC 0395 is a bulk moulding compound based on unsaturated polyester resin. The product is glass fibre reinforced and contains mineral fillers for strength and dimensional stability. It offers high fire retardancy, does not melt or form droplets and has low smoke generation.

BMC 0395 provides excellent dimensional stability due to its low profile formulation. The material is injection moulded in heated steel moulds, ensuring precision and repeatability. It is safe to handle, halogen-free and especially suitable for overmolding and encapsulation of E-motor components.

BMC 0395 is designed for precise, high-quality injection moulding with low shrinkage and consistent surface finish. It maintains performance under continuous service up to 165°C and heat distortion above 200°C. Mechanical and electrical properties make it suitable for special low-pressure use.
