Since April Menzolit GmbH is the successor company of Menzolit Compounds International GmbH (currently being in insolvency procedures). This also includes that Menzolit GmbH is the new mother company of its subsidiaries: in Italy Menzolit S.r.l., in Spain Menzolit Vitroplast S.L. and in the UK Menzolit Ltd.
Single shareholder of Menzolit GmbH is senata GmbH.
senata GmbH, previously ALL-FINANZ GmbH, was founded in 1988. It represents a group of companies and is located in Freising near Munich, Germany.
senata GmbH is headed and managed by its owner and self-financed. In contrast to other holding companies, the senata GmbH is therefore not controlled by the capital markets. Financial stability and independence are senata’s highest values and are more important than growth and size. |
